“We have lived in this area for over 10 years, it is beautiful, the flat is a few mins to Ally Pally and Priory Park, as well as many cafes, restaurants and pubs in walking distance, not forgetting a huge Sainsburys 1 minute down the road. We have created a community and have many friends in the flats, everyone is likeminded and very friendly. The flat is light, and airy and in spring and summer the balcony is a delight, and you can watch local dog walkers and people strolling in the morning. We are only moving to be close to family and space otherwise we would happily stay for a long time.”
