Having worked within the industry for well over a decade, I had become frustrated with the level of customer service that seemed to be considered the norm for the majority of the industry.

As I pride myself and have an absolute passion for providing the very best advice and best possible customer experience possible, joining Element was the next natural step for me.

Moving home, whether you’re renting or selling, letting or buying can be incredibly stressful.  But it doesn’t have to be, providing, you are given the best possible advice and guidance and that’s what we want to do at Element.

In my spare time, you will find me running half marathons or running after my kids in the playground!
