Hiten and George were able to get us the price for our property that we were happy with where other agencies said we needed to reduce. They organised many viewings for us very quickly and always in excellent communication. I felt like the advice that we had from them was so valuable and trusted. I would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Element Properties!

Element Properties was the greatest support with renting my beloved family home. Josh and Danny's knowledge and wealth of experience is absolutely a 5 Star service. I would recommend Element Properties above anyone else, they are professional excellence in all they do, but also the kindness and authentic care for you and your home sets them far apart from anyone else. They are my FIRST choice and I strongly recommend them for anyone who is looking for 5 star support in this area. Thank you very much Josh and Danny.

I can’t recommend the team at Element Properties highly enough for both letting and sales. Their market knowledge, hard work and ability to get the best results sets them apart from other estate agents.

I came across a flat Element Properties posted on Zoopla. From the moment I expressed my interest Danny replied promptly and he was super supportive and transparent through the whole process! The viewing and the reference process were very smooth and hassle-free. Thank you and keep up the hard work!

Element Properties & Co supported me and my family throughout the roller-coaster journey of selling our flat and buying a new home. It was a long process full of surprises, hiccups, ups and downs — but Element Properties, especially Hitan and George, guided us through it all with truly impeccable service. They were always available to resolve issues, answer our questions, and calm any concerns.
Their help was invaluable when selling our flat, and their support was just as outstanding when purchasing our next property. They consistently ensured there were no delays, often stepping in where others in the chain fell short.
I cannot recommend Element Properties highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell. A genuinely five-star service!
