As New Homes Director, I oversee our new build team—working directly with large developers from early-stage scheme advice and pricing strategy through to off-plan launches and final completions.

With extensive experience across the new build market, I understand the intricacies that make new homes sales different: the timelines, the dependencies, and the close coordination needed between developer, buyer, and solicitor to keep every pipeline moving. Whether it’s a brand-new launch or a complex multi-unit development, I know what it takes to get the sale over the line.

I’m passionate about building lasting relationships with developers and making sure buyers feel confident and supported through what is often the biggest purchase of their lives.

When I’m not on-site at a development or working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring new ideas in property and design, and staying connected to the local community.
